SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Truedermalfillers shipments are generally delivered within 5-10 business days (monday–friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during the weekend (saturday-sunday) will be shipped on monday.

Standard delivery – 50 usd/free (orders over 250 usd).

The amount of the minimum order is 200 usd.

In case the product is currently out of stock, the purchaser will be notified and offered to wait until it’s available.When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive the e-mail with all shipping details.

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION MESSAGE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK E-MAIL FOLDER.

RETURN POLICY

Since we deal with pharma/medical devices, we do not accept returns once it reaches the clients door. We can only offer a replacement/refund provided that they report the issue within 6 days of purchase and the reason is valid (ie Botox arrived after 15 days, package stuck in customs and has not moved in 14 days, etc). The only time we can accept a return is if it was refused at the door/returned to sender by customs.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT REPLACE PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN DURING SHIPMENT. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
